New Account Development Manager

Are you a sales professional looking for an opportunity with a rapidly growing sales and marketing organization? eCoast is looking for an inside New Account Development Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience. Ideally, the individual should have at least two years of experience selling sales and marketing services to hightechnology companies including the Fortune 500, 1000, and channel community. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to sell to senior and executive level management, virtually and in person, is required. The candidate must be able to work in a remote/home office environment, and generate new opportunities, while at the same time, demonstrating a well defined sales process with predictable outcomes, desirable results, and superior closing skills.

Job Responsibilities are not limited to but include:

  • Driving growth and awareness for eCoast sales and marketing
    services.
  • Achieving individual revenue targets.
  • Successfully managing sales, business development, and program
    creation activities.
  • Defining successful sales and business strategies for top target
    accounts.
  • Managing day-to-day sales and business activities by tracking
    leads and sales forecasts, adherence to CRM process, creating
    SOWs, and order entry.
  • Some travel required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Secure conference calls/appointments with new clients.
  • Develop sales by making initial presentation, explaining services, introducing
    new services, and creating channel programs when applicable.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections.
  • Prepare statements of work.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading
    professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in
    professional organizations.

Education and/or Experience:

  • 3-5 years selling experience with at least two years of experience selling sales
    and marketing services to high-technology companies including the Fortune 500,
    1000, and channel community.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • Proven Sales Hunter Methodology
  • Demonstrable track record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent virtual and in person presentation skills
  • Ability to sell to executive and senior level marketing and sales management
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under a deadline
  • Must be a self-motivated individual and be flexible to team goals

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in CRM applications and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).


Sales Development Representative

Role:
This position is primarily responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments for the client's products and/or services via telephone and email. Daily tasks will include cold calling, identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, positioning features and benefits, overcoming objections and setting appointments. You will be able to work independently while contributing to a team goal for your campaign. Training is provided. This is a full-time position with competitive base, incentives, healthcare and benefits package.

Requirements:
An ideal candidate will possess a solid business sense and the ability to profile likely business and technology decision makers. 

  • Excellent telephone communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to qualify and set an appointment through strong persuasive interpersonal communication skills.
  • Professional and polished communication skills: verbal and written.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Make 80-100 outbound calls. 
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience or technology experience is preferred.
